Email Policy
We are in the process of transitioning our email policy. For over 6 years we have collected email addresses through friends, associations and access from internet information. We have always allowed for an easy Opt-Out process and clearly identified ourselves in order to handle requests or complaints. With this new site we are instituting a Double Opt-In policy. Registered users must confirm their account / email and are given the option to sign up for our Weekly Newsletter AND to recieve our popular FlyBy emails from aviation vendors with special deals, etc. Also with this new site we have taken great steps to protect our users email addresses so they can not be "scraped" from our site. When you send a "message to seller" this will bring up a computer generated form that is delivered directly to the seller's personal in-box and a duplicate is kept for the client in MyHangar. It is always our desire to comply with the rules & regulations that apply to email marketing. Please contact us if we have not serviced your needs appropiately. |
